After you purchase one of our PaidSupport.com packages your company will be issued a dedicated toll free number. When a customer calls they will hear your greeting which tells them who you are, what you are offering, and the cost of the call.

Callers will then be prompted to enter their credit or debit card information. The funds are verified, preauthorization is obtained, then the call is forwarded. Billing will begin once your caller is speaking to one of your live operators, or listening to your recorded content. At the completion of the call, we will calculate the total minutes, and finalize the transaction.

Our system is 100% turnkey. The computer programming, hosting, billing, and software are all taken care of by us.

You get paid "per-minute" or "per-call" based on the billing plan you choose for your line. You can charge the caller from $.99 per minute to $5.99 per minute, or $10.00 - $50.00 per call. We pay you on the 25th of the month by check or direct deposit for the previous months activity.You can login and check your earnings.

Our service bureau provides you with call reports, so you can monitor your call activity. Upon setup you will receive recording instructions for your preamble/greeting, and information to access your call detail reports.

Your account is updated in real-time, and you will be able to closely monitor your acitivity via the internet:

	Length of each call
	Earnings for each call
	All Phone numbers that called your telephone line (caller id)
